We are excited to announce an exciting new addition to Lemnscat; Breathe - https://www.lemnscat.com/breathe.
The goal of Lemnscat | Breathe is forgiveness and thank-fullness. Firstly, announce the finger/toe internally as they change every second. This is to align your chakras (energy systems in the body - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chakra ) to the time. At first you will find it frustrating however you will get faster at it with practise. When/if you miss one, you must go to forgiveness to move on more quickly. The faster you forgive yourself for missing a finger/toe the faster you will get at this practise.
The point is to allow the body to be aligned on the manomaya and vijanamaya kosha (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kosha) levels; the subconscious mind. The benefits will be endless!
We see this being incredibly useful in a number of different places. For example; sports teams, having the team aligned to everyones fingers and toes before you start the game. It would create camaraderie among the players and forgiveness/thank-fulness for everyone. Which would create faster reflexes and the ability to see the play before it happens.
Another useful area would be before a meeting. Imagine if before your meeting everyone was to align their fingers/toes together. The results would be creativity and ease of use of information between everyone. How do you combat phone scammers? Listen and align your fingers/toes. This would allow you to fight them on the subconscious level. What about when you take your medications/vitamins/supplements and/or before you eat food? What a great way to start and end your day before you sleep. Lastly; what do you think about doing breathe before you start your factory/construction job. It would align everyone together to work in unison and create a team-work vibration. How much more joy would you find in your job? The usefulness are endless. Where do you see it being used in your life?
This is the next level of human advancement.
It takes around 2 weeks or so to get use to the speed of it. Stick with it! It is worth the challenging beginning. Keep in mind that it is about forgiveness to yourself when you miss a finger/toe. The faster you forgive yourself, the faster you can get back on track!
